Oculus warped render

Hello,

Implemented oculus SDK and render 2 separate targets and submit them however it has a very odd warp effect. Has anyone had this issue before?

Additionally, i am requesting the Projection and poses as Left handed but for the construction of the view matrix to work i have to Negate the X and Y of the Quaternion, im not sure why this is the case, maybe the warping is a disagreement between my view and oculus perceived view?
